Bent Grass is a landscape design firm that creates gardens responsive to environmental demands.  Whether those demands are imposed by the specific site conditions or are owner driven, Bent Grass designs solutions that are visually compelling, honest in execution and created to be long lasting and improve as the garden matures.  

The firm has been in practice since 2004 helping Southern California build sustainable spaces for living, and recreation.  We work primarily in the residential arena but have also designed for schools, and public spaces. 

We are excited to see outdoor living more fully embraced.  We see the challenge of designing in an urban setting particularly energizing.  Some of the richest experiences are those devised for the smallest of spaces.  When continuity between a small space and its larger context is strong, outdoor living expands exponentially.
